CLEAN AIR TRUST URGES SUPREME COURT TO REJECT INDUSTRY EFFORTS TO GUT THE CLEAN AIR ACT

The Clean Air Trust has filed a "friend of the court" brief urging the Supreme Court to reject industry efforts to require that EPA consider costs when setting national clean air standards. For 30 years, the standards have been set on the basis of health alone.
